I have created a table of contents file to use Thinking in C++, 2nd ed Volume 1 as a new documentation collection in the Documentation tab of KDevelop.
You must edit line 4 and set the base href to the location you have uncompressed TICPP (download TICPP Vol. 1 in HTML from Mindview)
